  Giving one star off of customer service alone. I went this morning to print out a bunch of papers. I was directed to self service printers and comptures. When I requested help. I was reciprocated with a huff and puff "it's pretty self explanatory" . Then after 10 mins of fussing with the printer. I went on the computer thinking it would be easier. Spent 10 mins waisted on the computer because it was so slow and wouldn't load. Returned to the printer still having problems I requested help again and asked about emailing them to be printed instead. I was told "they don't do that anymore " despite the sign saying they do. After 35 mins I got everything printed. I needed to make copies of a large quantity. I went to ask for help again and the associate put her hand up to me indicating to wait. I will forever take my business to mintueman press.

  machines and employees (especially in copy center) are ridiculous and unreliable. fax machine has been down for MONTHS and the self-service machines only work about 1/3 of the time. Certain customers are "sweethearted" or have their entire order comped and others are told to "figure it out themselves." Also, using the self service machines requires a charge to your credit card of 5 dollars unless you insert cash into their (usually malfunctioning) cash to card conversion machine. Seriously, go anywhere else.
