  My experience was horrible. They would tell me they were coming and then not show up or call to tell me they were not coming or late. This happened multiple times. Then when they installed my counter they cut the openings right below the smoke detector. The fire department came out and had to reset fire system, and cover the smoke detector, like they should have. I had 4 thresholds cut by them as well. I scheduled the carpet install around them. Again they did not show. I let them know if they got there early the next day they could install them, or drop them off and my tile guy could install them. She said she would call me right back, they never called back and the next day carpet people installed new carpet up to the tile. I no longer needed thresholds and they refused to refund my money. I would never go there again. Very unorganized, very inconsiderate, poor communication, no idea how they are in business.
